Terms and conditions of service
These terms apply to domains, hosting, servers and development services hired from Tu en línea.
Hiring and payments
Services are hired for annual periods and activated once payment is confirmed. Prices are in Mexican pesos and VAT is itemized on the invoice.
Renewals are notified 30 days in advance. If renewal is not confirmed, the service is suspended when the period ends.
Acceptable use
Hosting illegal content, malware, fraud schemes, mass spam or cryptocurrency mining is not allowed. Exceeding contracted resources in a way that affects other clients is also prohibited.

Availability and support
We offer 99.9% monthly availability on business hosting and managed servers. Non-compliance leads to service credits, not cash refunds.
Intellectual property and development
Custom-developed code is delivered to the client once the project is paid, along with documentation. Third-party licenses follow their own terms.
Development project deposits are non-refundable once the discovery phase has started.
